Structural modifications to an existing warehouse building including design of suspended floor extensions. Roof strengthening was undertaken to accommodate new mechanical systems and equipment loads. Structural supports were designed for large-scale artwork installations, requiring analysis of eccentric loading conditions. The project required assessment of existing structural capacity.
